How can I style my curly hair that's quick, easy, and really pretty?

I have really long, poofy, frizzy, curly hair and I'm looking for a way to style it other than throwing it in a side ponytail or leaving it down so it poofs. I already use gel, leave in conditioner, and hairspray to help tame the curls but I'm not sure what to do for styles...? Any ideas would be great!
