Why do I look ugly w/o makeup?

So I wear makeup only on school days and on times when I’m going out but I’ve noticed that people treat me so much more different when I don’t wear makeup then when I do >_< and its not like a drastic change but I have horrible skin. Every day I wear: Foundation, powder, eyeliner, Mascara, lip stick, concealer, and I fill in my eyebrow. I have short hair that I curl with gel and mousse. Anyways, I usually get compliments from guys and girls I get a “she’s cute” or “she’s pretty” I think I’m so ugly w/o makeup. I don’t understand how different I look?!?!?!?!?! Why do I look ugly because of my skin?? I have spots from pimples and huge pores and dark circles =.=
