I have Cyberlink PowerDirector 7 and Camtasia Studio 7. Both are very useful programs. Camtasia Studio 7 is a program where it records everything on the screen plus whatever audio thats playing on the computer. Cyberlink PowerDirector 7 is where you can take a video and put PIPs and many other things into the video. Lets say you want to take a dancing monkey out of a video and add a background. Just make sure it has a solid background and you can add anything to the background of it. There is a person on Youtube named tofaboys that used Cyberlink. Its a very nice video of Transformice and if you do indeed look at it then there are only two videos so you can look at both which CyberLink was used. Hope I Helped!

Overworking muscles and weight loss?

Hi, I am currently trying to slim down for an upcoming vacation towards the end of August. Right now my mian focus is to be lean (losing all the fat first, and then I will dream of toning up). Anywho, I have been doing cardio for about 40 minutes daily which I think is fine, but the question that I have is if I'm overworking on my muscles. After 40 minutes of cardio, I would do leg adductions, and leg abductions, along with leg curls , leg extensions and crunches. I also do bicep curls on the side. I do 60 leg ab and ad, and 20 leg extension and leg curls. I also do 50 crunches on this machine at the gym. I was planning on working my muscles everyday, but people told me its not good, because my muscles wont have a chance to rip, again, I just want to get lean right now because I am overweight. Would I benefit from doing all of this, or should I listen and take breaks every other day, or 2 on 1 off? I also do lunges, and squats at home, is that considered cardio or is that working the muscles too? Also can I do bicep curls at home because I have weights or should I take a break? Thanks

Bad stomach cramps at night, i have mirena not sure if its connected to pains?

i had my mirena put in months ago, i was on the pill for 5 years mainly for period cramps, i havent had many cramps since the placement of the IUD, little ones here and there when id typically get my period, the past few nights ive been getting woken up by excruciating stomach cramps and i cant get comfortable and curl up in a ball, they last for generally 20 minutes, but i get very hot and dizzy and short of breath and nauseous, almost the same feeling i had when the IUD was inserted. after i go back to sleep i wake up in the morning with tightness in my stomach, hips and lower back that last almost all day. ive also been very tired even if i sleep well into the day and i dont have the best appetite (my appetite is never consistent anyways) i have no pain during sex and i can still feel my string. what could this be ? im not sure if all this is connected to the IUD so i want to look at it with and without the IUD.

My hair is touching my shoulder and i really want my hair to grow. No, hobo spiders (also known as brown recluse) are rare. They usually hide around piles of leaves, or rocks. You won't have to amputate anything if you catch it quickly. And trust me, you'll know if you've been bitten. The flesh around the bite will die. Lol. As for black widows, yes, they can be found around the house. But it's still uncommon.

Am i exercising too much??

My average day of exercising includes running a minimum of 3 miles, jump rope for 10 minutes, swimming the freestyle for 30 minutes and then 10 minutes of breaststroke and backstroke, Sometimes I even run an extra mile of 1/5 mile sprints. I then workout which goes on average punching the heavy bag for 5 rounds (15 min) with 1 min breaks, then preacher curls, pull ups, chin ups, push ups, bench press, butterfly press, shoulder press, butterflys, dips, barbell curls, hammer curls, sitting rows, shoulder shrugs, lat pull downs, dumbell rows, and dumbell raises- all of this is 3 sets of 12 and this is done every alternating day , on the days i am not doing this workout i do legs and stomach, I am not going to explain it all but it includes the 3 mile run, swim, and jump rope, leg extension, leg press, leg curls, sumo squats, captains chair, stationary bike, stair master, decline crunches leg raises, planks, ---- I do the first workout on monday, wednesday, and friday, and I do the second (legs and stomach) on tuesday, thursday, and saturday. Sunday is my only off day, so tell me if you think this is way too much or just okay?!?!?!?!

Switched workout schedule makes my arms feel weaker??!! ?

I use to do biceps and triceps 6 x a week and now I changed my schedule to every other day and my biceps feel like they might be geting bigger but defently not harder if any thing kinda looser is this normal I do around 100 pushups 25 chinups 15 pullups and like 10 hammer pull ups and curls and multiple workout with 40 pounds on a dumbbell curl probly around 40 curls also I raise the bar above my head and use it like I'm lifting weights that gets Ur arms sore I'm 13 5 foot 3 110 I'm defently not fat what I like about my body is I'm not one of those natrually bony skinny peoples I have a flat belly with ABS under that I'm trying to pop out but I'm eating a lot to get my arms big and at the end of each workout I can't touch my shoulders

Heat exhaustion or infected tooth?

So last night my husband was watching tv with me and then all of a sudden he was curled in a ball crying and holding his mouth. His face was not swollen or anything it just hurt really bad and i was really scared cause i mean hello what 22 year old man starts crying over a tooth a tooth ache unless its really bad. well he put some aspirin on it and it stopped. he went to work this morning completly fine. he is a farm hand and he was at work 11 hours outside the whole time and it was about 90 here. he was fine all day till about 20 mins before he came home and then he started feeling really sick i checked his temp when he got home and it was 101.5 i gave him some advil it went down he was feeling better and 4 hours later his stomach started hurting.the fever was coming back. he took some tyonal and we went to bed and about an hour later he woke up puking. right before he got sick he was sweating after it stopped.he is sleeping now and it feels like his temp is down. i am kinda scared to go to sleep with him like this. does this sound like an infection in his tooth could have reptured or be leaking or more like head exhaustion ? oh and today his tooth has not hurt him at all

First of all I'm so sorry to hear that for you, your son, and your family :( Second, I believe you did the right thing by talking to him and letting him tell you how he really felt, I'm glad he felt he was able to do that. One problem I've noticed with so many boys is that they're taught to hide their emotions, that they're "not man enough if they show how they feel". I do agree that a man has to learn to be strong because he will one day be the rock of his family, and Lord knows us women can cry and be emotional lol. But while growing up and maturing they need to understand that expressing their thoughts and feelings is VERY important. As they get older they need to be able to share that with their wife too. My fiance is very strong, and not many people see him upset, but he knows he can come to me and tell me everything that bothers him, and cry if need be. We built that comfort and trust with each other from the beginning. I'm not a psychologist, but my advice would be this: Let your son know that he can ALWAYS talk to you, that you are not gonna think less of him as a man if he cries ever now and then. Tell him you still cry sometimes too, thats part of the healing process (And don't be afraid to cry with him, seeing your emotions will reassure him that its ok to be upset). Don't ask him every other day how he's feeling and if he's okay though, because as a young teenager you'll just be that 'annoying dad' lol, but do ask occasionally, especially if he hasn't said anything in a long time. And bring your wife, his mother, up in conversation. Recall fond memories of her with a laugh and a smile. That lets him know you haven't forgotten her either. I don't know what else you can do, you can put him in counseling but sometimes that backfires, a kid often sees that as "wow my parents don't care enough to talk to me/don't want to deal with me so they stuck me in a room with some shrink, like I'm really gonna tell this dude how i feel?!" But sometimes its helpful so its up to you, I would try being his 'shrink' before I stuck him with a stranger. But the relationship that ya'll will build if you take my earlier advice will benefit both of you for the rest of your lives, he'll come to you for college advice, marriage advice, etc, you could be his best friend. I hope and pray everything turns out better than ok, and I hope this helped at least a little. God Bless

If i were to guess how many coincidences I've seen id say around 100 a day since 2005 I've had to empty my mind to retrieve my sanity. My GSD nips only me! HELP!?

My puppy is currently teething now too and I had the same problem. I found that the best way to stop her was to firmly say "NO" every time she did and spritz her with water. Eventually just saying "NO" stopped her in her tracks. There are also plenty of chew toys specifically made for teething puppies, and having them around the house also helps. It's only been a week but she now only nips when she can't find her chew toys, and usually only once to get my attention.

We have become walking billboards. Have to have the nike shoes with the nike symbol on it and our t shirts. If we need news or weather now, we have the internet. Pretty much all shows on TV you can watch somewhere on the web for free anyway. We pay a ton for cable so we can have 200 or more channels, when we can only watch one channel at a time, this TV addiction has gone over the tipping point. And now tattooing is the rage and nobody knows why. I'm betting, some subliminal things on tv are trying to get us to vegetate ourselves into some kind of idiotic stupor and become the non thinking zombies of the future they will need. I turned off my tv for good 2 years ago and the change in me is so astounding. I don't impulse shop anymore. I have no desire to be a walking billboard either. I don't care if I buy nike shoes or just wear some cheap flip flops i buy at the dollar store. Get a program like Norton Ghost or Acronis Trueimage. Not sure why you'd want to do this though. There is no benefit to formatting your c drive if you're just going to restore everything exactly as it was before.

Too many repetitive conjunctions like 'but'. Also second line 'their' is wrong usage for that. Their means you are talking about people. You need 'there' in that spot. In line 5, it is incorrect usage to compare a place with a thing. You can have a person as beautiful as a swan but not a place. That is improper. In the 6th line I think you may also have the word 'Were' (which also should not be capilized there) spelled wrong. I'm guessing you want the word 'where' instead. All of the middle starts of each line like the words 'Just, For, Happiness' need to be lower case or you need to put them on the next line and start them there like poetry does instead of capitalizing them mid sentence. The theme is nice and the portrayal is good too but you need to correct the above things.

My parents are in the process of divorce and I live with my mom. My dad cheated on her with this young woman at his office and told her to either accept it or leave (they used fight really loudly) so she left. I am a 65 yr old widow with a monthly income of $2,300.00. Today I signed the papers for a reverse mortgage and am getting cold feet. My naturally straight hair turned curly, help?

I was born with naturally straight hair until now, my hair turned curly. So now my hair just dries curly and I don't know how this happened. I used to have really long hair so the curls were more like waves and it was only a few pieces of hair so it wasn't noticeable but I got a haircut today and the hairdresser cut it way too short so now it's shoulder length and it turned even more curly and noticeable. I have no idea how this happened, I'm only 14 years old but I'm turning 15 in two months. Help?

Is it beneficial to practice jumping everyday?

I am 5 foot, 8 inches and I am trying to dunk a basketball. Currently, I can curl my fingers around the rim, but I'm not yet able to "throw" the ball in the basket. I mostly focus on the lower body to strengthen my calves, hamstrings, and quads, but I also do some upper body and core exercises along with some running. I like doing a lot of box jumps to help increase vertical jumps. How many days a week should I practice jumping for maximum results, and what are other techniques/exercises I can do to help me improve my vertical?

My hair is pretty thick, but I chopped it to my shoulders a while ago :'( Haha, I liked it, but I miss long hair. If the stylists are talking to you that way, I suggest going to a different salon; that's rude and unprofessional. I remember once when I was getting a haircut (when I had long hair and I was thicker since I didn't have layers yet and my hair is also curly) the lady was trying to brush my hair but since it's curly, there were tangles, so she kept pulling my hair and got pissed at me...for my hair having tangles... Needless to say, I never went back to her again :) As for taming your curls, make sure you use a good conditioner. Things like argan oil and coconut are supposedly good for your hair, so look for stuff infused with that. Also try a leave in treatment (leave in your hair for like 15 minutes, more or less) once a week specifically for curly hair. I use one by pantene and it made my hair so soft! It comes with 5 mini bottles that have enough for one use each. And also look for an anti-frizz serum. If you're willing to spend a little more, the keratin treatment (not the brazilian one that's super expensive with harsh chemicals) did wonders for my hair. Less frizzy and a lot easier to blow dry and straighten. It's a little expensive, but not nearly as expensive as the brazilian, doesn't damage your hair, and is definitely worth it. Good luck! :D

Suddenly i just dont have strength to exercise!?

I have been religiously eating healthy for past five months and lost 34kg aswell. First i wast on a low carb diet but now since last week i am eating normal food but in moderation. I used to work out around 90 minutes a day which included 70 minutes jogging, 150 situps, 80 pushups and 100 bicep curls. But suddenly now i just dont have the strength to exercise, i run for 20 minutes and get headache, abnormal heartbeat and get out of breath. I am so stressed that i will get fat again because i m not able to exercise. Also, i havent eaten any junk food or fast food since 5 months now because i just dont like these two for some reason. I also try to avoid white rice but eat it occasionally. I eat complex carbs like wholemeal, wholewheat and fruits. Please help me and just to make it clear i am sleeping well. I am still abit overweight. Also, i get bad headaches when i wake and get out of bed or when i standup after sitting on a sofa for hours. I was previously drinking 4 litres of water a day but now i am down to 2.5 litres. I am always feeling weak and i find it hard to understand things. Please help me ! :(.

Clip on hair extension questions?

I have I&K human hair clip in extensions. You can sleep with them in but they might be uncomfortable or get pulled out and you might have to put them back in the morning. The point of clip ins is that you can take them in and out very quickly and easily. You can swim with them but wash them well after. I would take them out for swimming if they are lighter than dark brown because they might have been bleached to the colour required. Take extensions out to wash your hair because the hair and yours will get tangled in the clip and if you blow dry your hair the clip could get hot. It depends how often you wear them as to how often you wash them. If you wear them everyday then once or twice a week or if you curl them you might want to wash the curl out. I wash mine with my normal shampoo and conditioner under the tap, hot, warm, or cold it doesn't make much difference. Straighten them separately and then put them in because if not really secure the straighteners will pull them out. Curl them already in your hair so they match the curl and the curling iron doesn't pull. Very easy to put in, mine take a few seconds for each one.
